    How to deal with APP quit unexpectedly?
    A
    Unexpected APP quit is occurred when your cell phone has hardware failure issue or the operating system is unstable. Follow these steps if you have APP quit issues:

    Issue #1: <Out of Memory>

    Suggestion:
    Please close all applications and optimize the memory usage to free up more memory space.


    Issue #2: <Software conflicts between APP and mobile operating system>

    Suggestion:
    Sometimes software conflicts can occur due to the system compatibility of mobile operating system. You can try to restore the mobile phone to factory settings and reinstall the APP.


    Issue #3: <Mobile phone network connection is unstable>

    Suggestion:
    Data crash is happened when the phone network signal is unstable. Please stay in the environment with good phone network signal coverage and retry to run the APP again.


    Issue #4: <Mobile phone overheating issues >

    Suggestion:
    Under heavy load or long time running of applications may cause your mobile phone overheating. Please turn off your phone for a few minutes and restart again.

    How many days of earliest reservation?
    A
    The default earliest appointment is 10 minutes, and the maximum appointment period is one week.

    Any extra charges for festival?
    A
    Holidays may have an additional surcharge fees please visit along the SF CAR APP.

    The drivers will help to move the goods? Such as flowers and furnitures
    A
    If goods are at the side of the car, drivers can help to move down. If such as stairs, then you need to ask the driver quotes.

    What cost is included in app?
    A
    Price in the APP include point to point shipping, others may need to pay additional fees to rent, such as cart lent, pets pick up ….etc. You may also using the APP for any reference.

    Vans, 5.5-ton Trucks, 9-ton Trucks, Motorcycles and Refrigerated Truck

    Did driver will provide the receipt after the job?
    A
    Customer may request drivers to provide hand-written receipts

    If received a confirmation by the driver, I cannot be contacted the driver at the specified time, what can I do?
    A
    If the driver cannot arrive on time after 10 minutes of confirmation, customer can call SF CAR hotline at 21212211. We will arrange another vehicle to you as soon as we can.

    Can I cancel the order after issued?
    A
    Yes, if customer need to cancel the order under any reason behind, you can call SF CAR hotline at 21212211for further handling.

    Any limitation for the size and quantity?
    A
    Customers should select the length of the goods under the APP. Driver will determine the capacity of vehicles can accommodate to you goods. If customer does not make it clear that while the driver upon arrival and found that delivery of the goods described with the customer, or with hazardous, the driver has the right to refuse service.

    If there is no choice of venue, What can I do?
    A
    If there is no choice of venue, you can choose the nearest area. When you get the confirmation from our driver, you can communicate with the driver through the phone regarding to your location. If in the case of remote areas, drivers may need to quote the price separately. We also suggest customer to call SF CAR hotline 21212211 to check the price for reference, and then using the booking service.

    If not have personal belonging, SF CAR still provide service?

    In accordance with the Road Traffic Ordinance, cap 374, no person shall drive or use a private car for the carriage of passengers for hire or reward unless a hire car permit is in force in respect of the vehicle.

    I can use SF CAR service in the Mainland?
    A
    SF Car services are available only for the time being in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. Along SF CAR of the future have the opportunity to expand services to the Mainland or Internationally. Please close monitor to our website and FACEBOOK page.

    SF CAR have a specific business hours?
    A
    No, mobile applications (APP) is a 24-hour operation, as long as you need to use SF CAR, you may at any time using the app to find the driver for you. Only night at nine o'clock to six o'clock in the morning need has additional service fee charged. If you wants to call directly using SF CAR, you can call SF CAR hotline 21212211 within office hour (Monday to Saturday at 07:00 to 23:00, Sunday and the public holiday at 07:00 to 22:00). In order to avoid customer may not enjoy SF CAR service within non-office hour, we’re highly recommends customer to download and use SF CAR APP to make appointment.

    How many middle station terminal to choose?

    You can select up to 15 station terminal, if the car takes a long time, we have also proposed the package available services, please call the customer service 21212211 further queries.

    Which payment method I can choose?

    After registered to be our member, customer can pay by credit card or cash

    As I do not have a Smartphone or do not download the SF CAR app, still can use SF CAR service?
    A
    Yes, if you don't have a smart phone, or calling our customer service hotline at 21212211, we will be in service for you.

    Yes, SF CAR with IOS and Android version for customers in the Apps store or Google play download respectively.
